I loved how easygoing and communicative the team was. They helped me reach for things I once thought were out of my range — the response times were fast, and I was genuinely astonished by the quality of work I received. During our very first meeting, I came in nervous and unsure of myself, but the whole team reassured me that my hard work wouldn’t go to waste and that they’d be there to support me through everything that followed — and they were. All the credit to the team, especially my counsellor, who guided and supported me throughout this entire process. Writing college essays, especially around such thought-provoking questions, helped me develop a new skill and understand myself better. Honestly, there’s nothing I’d change.
