NO REFUNDS ONCE SERVICES HAVE COMMENCED

Due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of our services, we do not offer any refunds once services have commenced. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Strategy sessions
• Essay brainstorming or editing
• Application reviews
• Counseling or mentoring calls
• Any other form of active engagement or consultation

Once we begin working with a student, we allocate dedicated resources and time from our team, which cannot be recovered or redistributed.
