What I liked most was the clarity of instructions and the well-structured timetables — they made it easy for me to stay on track and complete everything efficiently. What really wowed me was the support and availability; the counsellors were there every step of the way. Through this process, I developed greater self-confidence and the ability to handle tasks more independently.
