A press release on Experts talk foreign universities at third Mission Admission seminar

The panel of experts at Thursday’s seminar-a Times of India initiative-included Urvashi Malik of CollegeCore, Marie-Josee Charbonneau from the Canadian High Commission, Tricha Vatsa from SIM Global Education, Anubhooti Arora from United States-India Educational Foundation, Tanya Baroota from British Council and Roderick Harding from Manav Rachna International University.

“People prefer doing their undergraduation from abroad because those universities focus on practical knowledge and have a better faculty. Also, a student can get global exposure,” Malik said. She discussed some of the usual problems students may face while studying abroad such as racism, language issue and a very different education system.
